Proposed prices

A proposed price is not on sale, so there is nothing to refund for that tier.

If you have paid

Payment is a one-off charge in GBP. If you paid and the pack was not opened on your account, ask for a refund and the payment will be returned.

If the pack was opened and then failed so you could not use it, ask for a refund and we will review that payment.

A refund cancels the entitlement for that payment. The tools close when the refund is confirmed by Stripe.

How to ask

Use the contact address below, or the email on your Stripe receipt. Say which account email you used. We do not send a marketing email in response. A person replies about the refund.

This page does not remove rights you have under UK law.
